Our Policy for Call Center:
One agent to one client, we don’t let one agent work with various clients. This is so we can maintain quality service, dedicated call center agents or customer support agent and most specially to avoid confusion for the agents.

I am looking around for a long computer table to accomodate all the equipments.

I am planning a renovation, I hate those hanging wires, makes the room looks dirty so I am thinking of changing the set up so instead of the wires hanging down, it will be on the floor. The wires are courtesy of the modem, router, packet 8, Hub and phones.

Just want everybody to know, that is my husband and not my agent hehehe….all of my agents are Girrrrls by the way ![]()
